Returns/Exchanges/Claims

We apologize that your item didn't work out.

All disputes, claims, returns, and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Diamond Supply Co. for any approved return.

All questions regarding an item's return qualifications can be found on the home page. If you still require assistance with an issue not addressed on the form please email customersupport@diamondsupplyco.com.

All returned orders are issued online store credit applicable to anything in the Diamond online store. We do not offer any monetary refunds for online orders.

Refused packages will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for credit.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. 

The buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact customer service with any questions regarding carrier claims.
